Djibouti Parliament Communications Director Holds Press Conference on Parliamentary Activities

Said Abdullahi Bitow, Director of Communication and Public Relations at the Djibouti Parliament, held a press conference at Parliament headquarters to brief journalists on ongoing parliamentary activities, communication priorities, and measures aimed at improving the delivery of official information to the public.

The press conference focused on current parliamentary work, scheduled sessions, and the role of the communication office in supporting public awareness of the institution’s activities. It also addressed the importance of media coordination in ensuring that developments related to Parliament are reported accurately and made accessible to citizens through official channels.

During the briefing, Said Abdullahi Bitow outlined the responsibilities of the communication and public relations office, including coordinating media coverage of parliamentary sessions, preparing official communication materials, facilitating relations with journalists, and supporting the visibility of Parliament’s public activities and institutional events.
